USClosers provides B2B sales architecture solutions, including but not limited to team structure setup, sales materials generation, infrastructure configuration, and data scraping services. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).
3. Payment Terms
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of USClosers Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall USClosers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
